Shipment

If the items cannot be handed over personally or via a third party, the following applies.

The shipping costs include the costs for preparation and packaging as well as the postage costs. The flat rate shipping costs are CHF 10 within Germany and at least CHF 25 abroad, excluding customs duties.

Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special attention will be given to fragile items.

Purchased items can only be exchanged or refunded under certain conditions. In the event of a refund, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.
